I first started this list with the certified producers. Then I began to think about all of the farmers out there, who aren’t willing to pay seven thousand euros a year to be certified.
I mean, is the cost of putting that extra little stamp on the label worth it? Are there enough people out there who even get what this is? Are they going to be judged by those who don’t understand? Could it actually do more damage?
Well, it is definitely going to raise the price….
So, I thought I should add all of those who are fighting the good fight of Biodynamic farming, certified or not!
Then, I started thinking about all of the hoops that the guys who have gotten their certification had to jump through, and will continue to do so.
Now, I am going to break them up. The certified few should be separate. I suppose that the ones who are practicing the philosophy, and are not certified should be pointed out in kind of an honorable mention.
So, this list began… and will continue to grow.
