It’s a leaf day until 4 pm CST, at 5 it becomes unfavorable due to an ascending node which occurs at 8 pm. Look for wines that could benefit from some added structure, like Viognier or Zinfandel, and avoid wines that could have a green quality to them, like Merlot.
